Filming - Organising a flashback
During my short film, there are two parts where I flashback for my characters. I researched into how people achieve the flashback look in their films.
Most forums give you a few advice points about the flashbacks and whether or not your story or film really need it.
Both flashbacks are a critical part of my film, they reveal details about the character that they wouldn't have known.
I messed around with some of the transitions in iMovie to see which would make my film look like it's flashing back, I decided the white overlay transition would be best, to then show the flashback, I have put it in black and white which is a classic convention of a flashback scene.

Filming Day 8: Re-doing the ending.
I recently decided that I wanted to change the ending of my film so that Abigail actually dies, I went back down to the harbour to film this and used roses for Jacob to put down to show the audience that she had killed herself by jumping over the edge.
